Moore Associates was established in 1998, as a division of Associated Personnel Services. APS is a New Jersey corporation established in 1976.

Moore Associates is in the business of identifying, recruiting and evaluating top IT professionals, both permanent and consulting staff, for it’s valued clients. Through rigorous process and dedicated effort, we have established solid long-term business relationships with clients who prefer quality not quantity from their recruiting partners.
