Randy signed with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball organization out of Cal Poly Technical Institute. As an Executive Manager, he has led teams in Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Staffing. He has overseen as many as 450 people and managed numerous engagements across most every industry, ranging in size from Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, to Start-Ups.
